Love the workflow automation!

I just set up an automated workflow with airSlate for HR onboarding and it's fantastic! The drag-and-drop interface made it so easy to get everything linked up. My team is already seeing a huge difference. I will absolutely shop again for more solutions from them. Seriously impressed with how much time this saves us!

Good value for signNow

I was looking for an e-signature solution and found signNow. The annual billing option gave a really good discount, which made it much more affordable than paying monthly. It felt worth the purchase for the features I got at that price point. Very practical for my small business needs.

Great value on bundle

I switched to the airSlate Business Cloud bundle after my old service got too expensive. The combination of signNow and pdfFiller was really good for the price. I saved a lot by going with the annual plan instead of monthly. The features for contract management and editing PDFs are solid. It's not quite as polished as DocuSign, but for the savings, it's totally worth it. The onboarding for the whole system took a little longer than I expected, but customer support was helpful.

Good value for annual plan

I needed an e-signature solution and signNow's annual billing option was a great deal. Saved a lot compared to monthly. Setting up my first document took a little longer than expected, but overall it was worth the price for the features.

Reliable service from airSlate

This isn't my first time using an airSlate product. I've been with signNow for a while, and just signed up for pdfFiller this time around. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. Everything worked just as expected, no surprises. It's nice to know what you're getting, and they deliver every time.

Solid performance, minor hiccups

I tried the pdfFiller subscription for editing some legal documents. Ordering was straightforward, and I got access immediately. The editor itself is quite robust, handled all my needs like adding text and redacting sections. I used the mobile signing app too, which was convenient, though sometimes a bit slow to load larger PDFs. Customer support responded within a day when I had a question about merging files. The audit trails are a nice touch for compliance.

Good e-signature, quick setup

I used signNow for a few contracts. It was easy to set up and send out. My clients got them fast. Had a small issue finding the bulk send option initially, but it worked fine once I did.

Consistent service, reliable tools

This isn't my first time using airSlate; I've had a signNow account for over a year for my small business. This recent renewal for the Business Premium plan went smoothly, just like previous years. The platform is consistently reliable for sending contracts. I particularly like the bulk send feature, which saves a ton of time. One time, a document link expired sooner than I thought it would, but it was easily fixed. That consistency is why I keep coming back instead of switching to competitors.

what's the deal with promo codes for signNow? can i actually use one if i'm already a subscriber or is it just for new folks?

K Karen E. 3 weeks ago
Afaik, most of the promo codes are for new sign-ups or specific product bundles, not really for existing monthly subscriptions. I tried to apply one once for my renewal and it didn't work. They seem to push annual plans and tier upgrades more for existing users.

I think sometimes they have seasonal sales or specific product discounts that might apply to current users, but it's pretty rare for a general 'coupon code' to work. Your best bet for a discount as an existing user is usually switching to an annual plan for that 60% off, or seeing if there's a referral credit thing going on.

Is signNow HIPAA compliant? My practice needs to be super careful with patient info.

I Ian Lee 4 weeks ago
Yep, it totally is. I use it for my clinic and we had to go through all the compliance checks. They have all the necessary safeguards and agreements in place.

M Matt Smith 3 weeks ago
Yes, signNow offers HIPAA compliant e-signatures. You should be able to get all the details and sign a BAA with them if you need to, which is standard for healthcare providers.

Does anyone know how many users come with the standard signNow business plan? Trying to figure out if it'll cover my team.

J Jeff Williams 1 month ago
I think the base business plan usually starts with a certain number of users, like 3 or 5, and then you add more as needed. You should definitely check their pricing page though, they break it down pretty clearly there.

B Brandon Flores 1 month ago
Yeah, the exact number can vary depending on which 'business plan' tier you pick. It's not a one-size-fits-all. Some plans are for a few users and then you can scale up. Just look at the features comparison table on their site, it'll show the user count for each tier.

Hey, thinking about switching from DocuSign to signNow. Anyone here made that jump? Is it really that much better or just cheaper?

L Lisa Garcia 2 weeks ago
I moved my small business over from DocuSign last year. Honestly, for the price, signNow is a solid alternative. It's got pretty much all the core features for e-signatures and forms. Not sure I'd say 'better' but definitely comparable for what I need.

Yeah, I use both for different things. signNow is good, especially for the price point. DocuSign has some really niche enterprise stuff that signNow might not have, but for general use and small to mid-sized teams, signNow holds its own. Plus, the annual billing discount is pretty sweet.

What's the real difference between signNow and DocuSign? Trying to decide which one to go with.

O Olivia 1 month ago
From my experience, signNow is pretty good, especially for the price. DocuSign might have more bells and whistles for huge enterprises, but for most small to medium businesses, signNow does the job just as well, maybe even better for simpler stuff.

I've used both. DocuSign feels a bit more polished, but signNow is way more affordable for what you get, especially if you're not needing super complex workflows. For basic e-signatures, it's a solid alternative.

Is signNow legit? Or is it one of those sketchy e-signature services?

R Robert A. 3 weeks ago
It's totally legit. Been using it for over a year for contracts and never had an issue. Signatures hold up.

S Sam N. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, it's owned by a bigger company called airSlate. They're pretty established in the document automation space.

Does signNow or pdfFiller have any student discounts? Trying to save some cash.

M Megan H. 1 month ago
I think pdfFiller might. Not sure about signNow directly, but sometimes they bundle stuff. Worth checking their site or just doing a free trial first.

They definitely have an education discount for pdfFiller, I saw it when I was looking around last month.

Hey, thinking about getting signNow for my small biz. Is it actually HIPAA compliant for signing medical forms?

J Jason D. 1 month ago
Yeah, it is. I use it for my clinic, and they've got all the security stuff in place for HIPAA. It was a big reason I picked it over others.

J Jeff Williams 1 month ago
AFAIK, yes. They mention it on their site, which was a relief for us when we started using it for client intake forms.
